Last week marked the beginning of “PROJETA.te,” a collaboration between Lighting Living Lab and Inovaria. This project aims to spark students’ interest in areas of education considered crucial for future employment, ranging from technological innovations to jobs linked to sustainability.
Throughout the week, a series of lectures were given, directly impacting 11 classes in different schools: Marques de Castilho Secondary School, Professor Artur Nunes Vidal Basic School, and Aguada De Cima EB 2,3 School. The main goal of these lectures was to encourage students to explore fields that both entities believe are fundamental for a professional landscape that is evolving.
“PROJETA.TE” goes beyond just lectures; it extends to a practical phase of collaboration with the classes. Students will be involved in organizing an event dedicated to “jobs of the future.” In this event, speakers will be chosen from the students themselves, taking on the role of spokespersons for their classes. Collaboration between classes is essential, as they are expected to work together to develop a solid and articulated understanding of the topics covered.
In this way, “PROJETA.TE” not only provides valuable information about future job opportunities but also encourages active participation from students in building their own understanding of the professional landscape.
