Municipal Master Plan for Exterior Lighting (PDM-IE)

The Municipal Master Plan for Exterior Lighting (PDM-IE) is a normative tool that allows municipalities to establish strategies focused on energy efficiency and effectiveness for the evolution of Public Lighting.

It is a political document that, based on the intrinsic characteristics of municipalities, dictates the norms for the characterization of lighting in different roads and spaces, allowing for adequate lighting, not only from a technical point of view but also from an aesthetic point of view.

The PDM-IE also foresees the creation of norms on network management and maintenance plans, as well as the life cycle of IP installations, in order to promote a responsible evolution of the Municipal Lighting system. A plan to plan our energy seriously!
